The RDF Office in Fort Portal, Uganda
Sabb Rogers and Gorretti Baagaya
Working from the RDF office in Fort Portal, Uganda are two key members of the RDF team: Sabb Rogers, our Monitoring and Evaluation officer, and Gorretti Baagaya the RDF bookkeeper.
Sabb Rogers is responsible for overseeing all the projects funded by the RDF. He also carries out specific evaluation and research to help the Trustees and the Rwenzori Coordination Committee with identifying new projects and areas suitable for funding.

The Rwenzori Co-ordination Committee (RCC)
Chair: Rev. Agabus Baguma
Secretary: Sabb Rogers (RDF Research & Monitoring Officer)
Independent Advisors: Mary Myakwera Baguma (Speaker, Kabarole District), Kisembo Wilson (Finance Director), Tinka John (Environmental Consultant).
The RCC assists us in allocating funds to projects in Uganda. The committe is managed by Agabus Baguma (see more below) and the Research & Monitoring officer. It is advised by a group well respected and acomplished members of the Fort Portal community with particualr expertise in the educatin and conservation sectors. In addition the headteacher or group leader of any large scale projects that the RDF is involved in is also encouraged to sit on the RCC for a short period of time.

Uganda Community Tourism Association (UCOTA)

UCOTA is dedicated to empowering local communities in sustainable development through small scale tourism and handicraft enterprises.
